I wanted to let you know of a few changes that are coming for our ministry.  I am thankful for all that the Lord is doing and how we will be able to more effectively help people in the coming year.

1.  Over the years I have had many people helping me with this ministry, but within the last six months it became more apparent that I actually needed a staff to fulfill the vision of 11th Hour.  I still have many people who help, but cannot commit in a full time capacity so I thank God for every person who has helped us in the past and present.  All that said, I am announcing our staff as a formal introduction.  In the next couple weeks you will see there Picture and Bio's on our website so you will be able to recognize them as you attend our training meetings or events.  They are;  Collin & Heidi Githens, Will & Tera Gottal, George & Desiree Trapalis, Trevor Loya, Brigit Dixon and myself.  I am excited to pull together this team who is eager to take 11th Hour Ministries to the next level so we can resource more people.

2.  Our monthly Hearing God meeting is in transition.  For the last 4 years we have hosted a meeting called "Hearing God" every month on the second Monday of the month at Mill Creek Foursquare Church .  As we have grown, it has become more difficult to train people during our time together.  We have decided to change the monthly meeting to something we call "LAUNCH" which will be the same time, date and place every month as Hearing God was.  So Hearing God will become a 6-8 week training course offered twice a year starting in February.  Those who attend will come every week, have notes and material as well as plenty of time to pray with us as we minister to one another.  I am super excited for this, so be looking for those dates in the next two weeks!  In the meantime, Hearing God will continue the way it always has in November and December.

3.  As I stated above, we are excited to announce our new event in place of Hearing God called "LAUNCH".  Launch will be a powerful night of worship, teaching, healing and prophecy.  Our intention is to cultivate an environment from which the Lord can Launch us into the lifestyle of Jesus in love and power!  Come and experience the Lord with us as we gather for this interdenominational - multi church event!  LAUNCH - "moving from concepts to lifestyle".  For more information email us at info@eleventhhourministries.org .
